Thirteen owns and manages some 34,000 properties in the North East region, with 30,000 of these in the Tees Valley. Over the next five years Thirteen will invest over £1bn to improve services, customers’ homes and their neighbourhoods as well as delivering new affordable homes.

HeatRHIght has paid for a significant proportion of the overall capital cost of the energy improvements which has facilitated more housing to be upgraded for the same budget spend.
